If your return flight is from Milan, please note the drive from Rome or Arezzo may take up to 6 hours, so early departures may be arranged accordingly.

  • An additional ₹45,000 per person must be paid within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • For bookings made within 45 days of departure, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to departure.
  • Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the amount paid.
  • Visa rejection will incur a ₹20,000 cancellation charge per person, plus any non-refundable visa fees paid.
  • Cancellation up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total package value.
  • Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total package value.
  • Cancellation within 15 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation charges; no refund will be applicable.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

  • The tour will operate only with a minimum of 20 passengers.
  • If group strength is low, the tour may be merged with a similar group without compromising on inclusions.
  • Group reshuffling may occur to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if any listed attraction is closed.
  • Packed dinners may be provided in case of delays or to comply with local driving regulations.
  • Due to coach storage limitations, only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person is allowed.

  • A 10% TCS rate applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN marked inoperative).
  • Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies may result in a price revision.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services or missed activities during the tour.
  • Direct joining guests must arrange their own airport transfers at both arrival and departure points.
  • Guests departing independently from Rome must also arrange or pay for their transfers separately.
